Hello, I’m Jacquie Moeller, Founder & Director of M:Brace HR.

I’ve spent years building and leading People & Culture functions across founder-led and growing organisations, including designing and delivering the full People Strategy behind the UK’s #1 Fastest Growing Business (The Times 100, 2025).

What I know is this: the people side of a business is rarely simple, whether you’re starting from scratch, launching something new, growing quickly, or steadying what already exists.

Early days, there’s no structure.
Later on, informal systems start to strain.
At any stage, leadership carries more than it should.

That’s where I work best.

I help founders and leadership teams build the people foundations properly, strengthen what’s already in place, and create frameworks that are fair, accountable and commercially sound.
